Green Sea Turtle, Spotted Moray Eel, and Fish of the Coral Reef
The complexity and varied colors of this sculpture represent the complex nature of the coral reef itself.  A delicate balance of plant and animal species create a spectacular display of Mother Nature's artistic handiwork.  Coral reefs offer a sanctuary and breeding ground for many fish species and sea creatures of the world.  When you immerse yourself in this world, you are surrounded by more life than most places on the earth.  Now imagine this scene white and completely devoid of life.  This is called 'coral bleaching' and is a reality for many reef systems of the world.  The causes include silting from poor logging practices, agriculture run off and warming oceans.  All these are within our grasp to solve.
