Belted Kingfisher and River Otters
The kingfisher is an aggressive loner defending its fishing
territory which it shares only during summer nesting season with its
mate. The river otters are known for their playful fun loving
nature. Here the otters and the kingfisher check out each
other's supreme fishing abilities. Survival of both depends on
healthy fish populations and a healthy chemical free environment.
By maintaining an ecosystem in which they thrive, we also benefit
from the clean water on which we depend. |
